Anoka Massage & Pain Therapy is looking for a dependable, personable, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is essential to our clinic—serving as the first point of contact and helping create a welcoming, seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Qualifications:
Interest in wellness, self-care, and holistic health
(bonus if you love crystals and stones!)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and handling phone communication
Part-time evenings (15–25 hrs/week) + 2 Saturdays/month required.
