Northwest Airlines was a major U.S. airline which existed from 1926 until 2010, when it merged with Delta Air Lines. At the time of the merger it had a total of 320 aircraft of which 16 were the Boeing 747-400. It was also the last U.S. airline to have a dedicated cargo fleet and routes.
This plastic model was manufactured by "Flight Miniatures " and is 14 inches long, with a 13 inch wingspan and stands 6 inches tall. It stands on a 3 ¾" X 2" plastic base.
