"Summer" collectible plate from the D. L. "Rusty" Rust four seasons edition. Plate III of IV numbered 1578. The famous hobo is shown hiding behind a "No Swimming" sign with most of his clothes draped over the sign. He appears to be checking if the coast is clear to jump into the water. Comes with the box and registration form for EKJ Collectors Society in Atlanta, Georgia. This plate is currently available on the secondary market with prices in the $40 to $60 range depending on condition and if the box is included or not.
