Definitely old small leather kit with a scalpel, scissors, 2 tweezers, and 2 probes/picks. The case, scalpel, and scissors are all marked Adams U,S.A. It looks like something that would be in an old car to care for travelers from splinters, slivers, or other small medical issues. The pieces all show age, use, and abuse. I found this in a garage clean out of an old friend. No one seems to know where it came from or what it was used for. I just got an email from someone who indicated that it was "a dissection kit for biology class in school". I'm not exactly sure what that is but I'm sure it was useful in the class but I didn't take the class myself.
