Patent date of May 29, 1906 by E C Simmons, Keen Kutter model KK12 hand grinder. There are three cutter/grinder wheels and everything looks like it is ready to be used. The grinder wheel is reversible for "Fine" or "Extra Fine". The manual clamping screw is intact and turns freely to mount the grinder to a table for use. I have found several online for prices ranging from $8 plus shipping of $14 to a high of $45 with most in the $12 to $15 range. As the photo shows, it breaks down for cleaning quite well. It is about 10 inches tall and 9 inches deep to fit in a storage drawer or shelf easily. I got this from the estate clean up of an elderly gentleman to was an avid hunter and probably used it to prepare his venison sausage when he had a successful hunt.
