Excellent condition Birthday greetings card that children were urged to fill with 10 cent war stamps that were available at most Post Offices and when 187 stamps with a total cost of $18.70 were put into all the pages the book could be turned into a $25 War Bond. The cover shows Uncle Sam on top of Hitler, Mussolini, and Hirohito saying "Let's stamp out dictators". The bottom corners of the cover show a crease where the corners were bent back at one time and the last two pages are stuck together. I found one listed online as "Fair" condition for $14.92. It was copyrighted in 1942 and was never used. A rare find for a collector of WW2 memorabilia. Thank you for considering this nostalgic piece of Americana.
