When asked what kind of roommate they would prefer, they said it would be good to have an American student with whom they can improve their English conversation, who is NOT the party-type and who is generally clean/tidy. We are ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT FEMALE APPLICANTS to sublet this unit, sorry guys! Undergraduates and graduate students meeting this criteria are encouraged to contact. Serious students of any type are preferred. And yeah, the gals make really great Chinese food which they will share with you!

All in all, I have been pleased to live in this apartment. You can expect to hear some sound in the neighborhood occasionally on a big weekend when many people are out enjoying themselves, but mostly it is quiet here. Living here as an early 20's female, I have never had any dangerous encounters in this building or neighborhood, and I like the convenience of going to/from campus by walking and by bus. I have had other roommates in the past in this same apartment, and the ones I have had now are by far the best I've ever had. The only reason I will be leaving here is because I recently became married and will soon be living together with the new hubby....
