However, I am beginning to feel that this is the health infatuation state. You know that feel good, excited everyday to go workout, pumped about cooking something tasty and healthy. I don't want this feeling to go away. I want this life style change to be my next great love, next to God and my Family/Friends. I am afraid I don't have the tools to maintain and nurture this new outlook on life. So I have been taking it one day at a time and not looking to some bigger goal of a set date when I want to be this size, this weight or that shape. I just been allowing this feeling of being on this healthy high to fill me up each day, and hope and pray that it will sustain me.

But it would be nice to have a workout buddy. Male or female does not bother me. However, being an athlete all my life and having great male coaches I am kind of partial to the motivation that comes from men, however, if you are female like Jillian Michaels we may have something to talk about! It's an old and familiar story, but it's my story and I need to relate it to see if there is anyone out there in a similar situation. I'm a white male in his 40s that is in a relationship that has long ago lost it's passion. So, I can decide to live the rest of my life without the spark that I so truly desire or try and find someone like me. So, here I am. I’m tall, professional/exec, masculine, good shape and serious about fitness/health; lots of interests outside the gym including tech, politics, the outdoors, hiking, biking, watching football, beer (duh), etc.

I am a man, I am very different from most people I have come across. I have goals, an agenda, and I cannot accomplish them alone. I am not looking for a guy to sleep with or anything like that. Today I was in my garage cutting up some aluminum when I realized, I'd really like to make a shear/break.
