I am looking for a Database creator and manager who is adept and can prove it. I am looking for an entrepreneurial minded person who is more interested in owning their creations than being someone's employee. I prefer collaboration and partnership to Contractor/ Owner, or Employer/ Employee relationships.
I am working on something very unique that I have not seen done elsewhere and if you can prove to me through your experience that you know the ins and outs of Databases, then we can talk. There is a budget, it is not a huge budget, but this relationship must include equity for the Database manager, it is a big job, and a situation that will require long-term involvement, candor, professionalism, and PRIDE in one's work.

* Have a resume that includes a history of database work
* Have at least two references from people involved in projects you have done
* Have at least two significant database projects that you can show
* Be willing to work for a marginal amount on the front end in exchange for a stake in a company you will be very proud of being involved in
* Be willing to Sign a NDA/ Non-Compete agreement before seeing the details of the opportunity
* Be willing to speak on the phone with a person who is capable of articulating their needs verbally, visually and in writing.
