You break a childs toys???
I hope you are a troll.
I have news for you though...
If you think you cant deal with the fact that you will never matter as much as her "bastard" dont make any little bastards of your own,the mother of your child will put you second also.
And guessing from your selfish post I can bet once you felt "neglected" enough by the mother of your child you would probably dip the fuck out just like the father of your girlfriends kid
and the bastard circle would continue.
Nothing comes before a mother and her child,no man, husband, boyfriend etc not even the childs father will ever matter as much as a womans child period.

I am dating a single mother and all these people who don't know what its like need ot be quiet. Even so, I don't know how to feel cool about it.

As it stands I make fun of her behind her back to my friends and break her kids toys when no one is looking but something about this whole situation just doen't seem right.

She is nice enough but one time I took her out to eat and she saved some of her leftovers to bring home to her kid which is fine, but she wouldn't share them with me (I wanted to try one bite of what she was having) and I paid for everything.

Seriously, that last moment made me hate her, more than just a little bit; Made me realize that I could never matter as much to her as her bastard.

At least she has no morals in the bedroom which explains how she ended up this way.

Adults should be able to choose, if you think that you have the right to make decisions for others and be a moral compass than maybe you should get the fuck off craigslist and get a job with the government!

... although doesn't craigslist prohibit directing to another website, or am I wrong?

Here nor there, fuck you socialist controlling pig fuckers that flag because you think you know better than I. It's people like you that tell me I can't have a wind turbine in my back yard, say that my fence can only look a certain way, that the sign on my business isn't approved and all that other controlling I know better than you crap that is making us a bunch of conformist douche bags. I will continue to challenge and piss on your face and rules.

FYI, I did ask questions, and I do, every time, did you not read that? Nope not my fault, not really at all.

Honestly, it is the typical HR bullshit that is spewing out of your mouth like diarrhea that makes employers overlook great potential employees like myself. Instead they pick people who can bullshit their way through interviews to get a job they aren't qualified for in the first place.

Now you sound more like a recruiter than an HR person, blah blah blah! I have great skills, my interviews are stellar, I am familiar with all the "tricks" you speak of, but why would I want to fake my way through an interview to get a job with out letting the employer know who I am, really! You are right a job is a relationship between people, AIL begins with diversion and implication of a "job", not some fucked up pyramid crap.

The issue here is not with me, it is with devious multi level scam artists feeding off of the current economic situation and getting unsuspecting people to shell out money to follow up leads they should be doing.

So please preach to someone else who gives a damn about "how to look for a job", the fact of the matter is too many people need work right now. I my dear am not willing to work for less than my skills are worth, I will continue to live on a meager budget, use my savings and unemployment that has just been extended until MY business is self sufficient so I can properly stimulate the economy by hiring people with good intentions.

Dear USA Man,
Rule number 1 (or at least it should be) when job searching is "ASK QUESTIONS". When you get a call about a job, start asking questions on the phone. Ask why the posistion is open-why did the previous person leave if applicable, ask what is the average turnover for the position, ask how many co-workers you will have, how did they hear about you, ask how many candidates are being interviewed (this is a perfectly acceptable and often expected question), ask if they are internal or external, ask the pay structure, hourly, salary, commission, comb of the previous, is this position entry level, mid-level or experienced, what is the typical career path from this position, promotability criteria? People! You have to ask questions. You are interviewing them, just as much as they are interviewing you. Make yourself sound as if you have the pick and choose, not the employer, and you will immediately become a more desireable candidate. But if you don't ask questions and you end up in a cattle call, its your own fault.
BTW, where did you get parking for $6 downtown? AMAZING!

10 years ago I received my CDL with about 3 hours behind the wheel of a vehicle that just barely passed to get my CDL. Never, at that point, ever driven a vehicle with a trailer. No schooling what-so-ever. I then trained with my first company for 6 weeks and then was given my own truck to take down the road.

My trainer was not a very good trainer and there where things that where never taught to me..............kind of had to learn on my own.

Well, 10 years later and I am a very good truck driver. I have even trained a couple of students straight out of truck driver training. To be perfectly honest, I think they would have learned more without the school training. I feel that you need to learn this on-the-road. Real situations, actually logging and following the DOT regulations. It is a tough life living out on the road and if your with someone, they will really need to understand the life of a truck driver or you will have many issues.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't go to school, but be very careful and make sure you choose the right one.

I have an Honorable Discharge.
The only good thing it did was help pay for college.

I'm not some modern-day "HERO", in fact, entering the service, in the Reagan years, was about the only readily-available job in those days.
I was a Janitor most of the time. Or in charge of janitors. That meant I got my ass chewed when someone thought shit wasn't clean-enough.

I've done "Documentation Security", with a security clearance of "CLASSIFIED" oooohhhh secret-agent-shit, meaning I went through the summarization of the daily trash of an office building, in 104-degree indoor heat, in a giant, indoor garbage-room, a room that had been an indoor-garbage-room for many, many years, going through every scrap of everything that was about to leave the building. Popcans full of snuf-spit, rotted food that was rotten and still rotting in the giantindoorgarbageroom. All the garbage from the bathroom trashcans, etc. A real hero.

On-base vendors used to empty the vending machines, from the break room, of the expired sandwiches and rolls and muffins, and I used to watch my fellow HEROS open up wrapped-food FROM THE GARBAGE!!!...(see: giantindoorgarbageroom, 104-degree indoor heat, in a giant, indoor garbage-room, snuf-spit, rotted food that was rotten and still rotting )...and sit and eat that shit. Sure, modern-day preservatives are reliable,

I did a lot of painting. Using those brown, c-fold, cheapasshitgoodfornothing papertowels, as a paintbrush. Some DoD. I painted with a rolled-up bunch of brown papertowels. LIKE THE ENTIRE BASE! With papertowels!

I ran a section of a mess hall, that served a succession "in bootcamp" companies...about 1000 people, per meal, per mealtime. I made sure my subordinates had hot coffee for them, fresh CO2 tanks on the soft-drink machines, and all the milk they could drink. I recieved semi-trucks of cheese-cake, ice-cream sandwiches, AND I CHOWED ON THEM ALL! I ate in the officer's mess, outranked the cooks- by a mile, and shared in the behind-the-scenes-meals as such.

I didn't storm any beach.
I went back to college, smoked massive amounts of pot, banged chicks like I-was-a-ringin'-a-bell, and drank a brewery.

So today has been probably the worse day of my life. Today, I found out that my boyfriend of 4 years has been cheating on me with his ex girlfriend. What's even worse is we have a 2 year old son together.

He had been sleeping on the couch for the last week. I got up this morning and went to the living room. He left his facebook page up with messages he was writing to his ex. They said shit like "Hey honey, I love you, I miss you, I can't wait to see you again, you were so good last, night, when can I see you again?, blah blah blah."

I just do not understand this at all. We've been together for so long and I thought we had a really good relationship, he was always telling me how much he loved me, We always got along, we never fought, I was always good to him, I'm not a bitch, I don't nag. I cooked and cleaned for him, did his laundry, all that shit. We always had sex almost every night. I've not overweight, I'm not ugly.... Why did he go after this bitch? She even knew he had a girldfriend and child. I still love him, but I can't be with him anymore.

Why wasn't I good enough? Is this it? Is there any hope? he just ripped my life apart in a split second. What do I do now?

I had the same experience with a guardian ad litem in 2002 named Mary Ellen. My son's father and I were each going for custody of my son. My son's father has a criminal record a mile high, mine is clean. Mary Ellen told the courts that if we don't work things out on a rational level as parents, then she will recommend that my son's aunt go for custody! My son's dad had several domestic abuse cases against me and continued to abuse women after me. I am a teacher and a wonderful mother, but she was biased against young parents ( I had him when I was 18). She wrote in her report that my son's grandparents house (his dad's parents) was an excellent place to raise a child because they live on a lake and have lots of money. I could go on and on with more... but hopefully this lady isn't still doing that job!

Solution was posted in
"REF: 7th grade problem (south metro)"
but I couldn't understand explanation presented there.
Here it is in simpler English:

So lockers start all closed. Lets consider random locker. It is first opened by first student, then it may be closed by another student, then it may by open again and closed again. Depending on whether it has odd or even number of divisors, it will stay open or closed. If it has odd number of divisors it will stay open.

If we divide a number by its divisor we will produce another divisor, thus the count of divisors stays even.
Count of divisors will be odd for numbers where one of divisors produces the same divisor and there can be only one divisor like that. This divisor is called square root of the number.

Square root minus its remainder of a square S equals count of squares which are smaller than square S and have square root which is integer. In case of 1000 this count is 31.

These are locker numbers: 1(squared), 2(squared), 3(squared), ..., 31(squared)

U.S. official resigns over Afghan war
Foreign Service officer and former Marine captain says he no longer knows why his nation is fighting

By Karen DeYoung
Washington Post Staff Writer
Tuesday, October 27, 2009

When Matthew Hoh joined the Foreign Service early this year, he was exactly the kind of smart civil-military hybrid the administration was looking for to help expand its development efforts in Afghanistan.

A former Marine Corps captain with combat experience in Iraq, Hoh had also served in uniform at the Pentagon, and as a civilian in Iraq and at the State Department. By July, he was the senior U.S. civilian in Zabul province, a Taliban hotbed.

But last month, in a move that has sent ripples all the way to the White House, Hoh, 36, became the first U.S. official known to resign in protest over the Afghan war, which he had come to believe simply fueled the insurgency.

"I have lost understanding of and confidence in the strategic purposes of the United States' presence in Afghanistan," he wrote Sept. 10 in a four-page letter to the department's head of personnel. "I have doubts and reservations about our current strategy and planned future strategy, but my resignation is based not upon how we are pursuing this war, but why and to what end."

The reaction to Hoh's letter was immediate. Senior U.S. officials, concerned that they would lose an outstanding officer and perhaps gain a prominent critic, appealed to him to stay.

U.S. Ambassador Karl W. Eikenberry brought him to Kabul and offered him a job on his senior embassy staff. Hoh declined. From there, he was flown home for a face-to-face meeting with Richard C. Holbrooke, the administration's special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan.

"We took his letter very seriously, because he was a good officer," Holbrooke said in an interview. "We all thought that given how serious his letter was, how much commitment there was, and his prior track record, we should pay close attention to him."

While he did not share Hoh's view that the war "wasn't worth the fight," Holbrooke said, "I agreed with much of his analysis." He asked Hoh to join his team in Washington, saying that "if he really wanted to affect policy and help reduce the cost of the war on lives and treasure," why not be "inside the building, rather than outside, where you can get a lot of attention but you won't have the same political impact?"

Hoh accepted the argument and the job, but changed his mind a week later. "I recognize the career implications, but it wasn't the right thing to do," he said in an interview Friday, two days after his resignation became final.

"I'm not some peacenik, pot-smoking hippie who wants everyone to be in love," Hoh said. Although he said his time in Zabul was the "second-best job I've ever had," his dominant experience is from the Marines, where many of his closest friends still serve.

"There are plenty of dudes who need to be killed," he said of al-Qaeda and the Taliban. "I was never more happy than when our Iraq team whacked a bunch of guys." -(this comment is a bit crazy, but that just proves how people are brainwashed during basic training)

But many Afghans, he wrote in his resignation letter, are fighting the United States largely because its troops are there -- a growing military presence in villages and valleys where outsiders, including other Afghans, are not welcome and where the corrupt, U.S.-backed national government is rejected. While the Taliban is a malign presence, and Pakistan-based al-Qaeda needs to be confronted, he said, the United States is asking its troops to die in Afghanistan for what is essentially a far-off civil war.

To all Veterans (St. Paul)

What can someone really say to express the appreciation of the sacrifices you've made for this country. I don't think any amount of words can describe what you and your families have gone through. I just have to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the danger and ridicule you endure day in and day out. It's sad to say some people even in this country don't stand behind what your doing. I get some people don't agree with war but they should still acknowledge what you are sacrificing for the citizens of not just the U.S but worldwide. I would be right beside all of you but they don't accept people with disabilities. So I wrote this for all the veterans and their families. God bless you and may you return home safely!

American Soldier

What does an American Soldier stand for?
Standing up for our rights during war
Putting their lives on the line day in and day out
And yet people are against you as they shout

War is wrong, we have no right
Lets see those cowards stand and fight!
Protecting our neighbors and friends from harms way
I just don't know what to say.

To the men and women who are on the front lines
Never complaining that there in a constant bind.
Gun fire, mortars, firing at them from left to right
Some days it seems like there is no end in sight

Wishing they could call their loved ones on the phone
For loved ones voices are just a distant tone.
War isn't just one big blood bath
Filled with blood and a devilish wrath

I'm sure that makes are armed forces sad
For the anguish from others being mad
Constantly cutting down the ones who serve
For our freedom they conserve

Putting their lives on the line for our freedom we don't see
Without them the U.S would not be free
So next time you hear or see someone putting them down
Don't walk away with a frown

Stand up for our men and women overseas
That's all I'm asking for gods sake please
Stand by our troops through thick and thin
And wipe those tears away from your chin
Cause as one we can achieve anything we do
So I gladly stand up and cheer for the RED, WHITE, AND BLUE
.THE QUESTION IS, DO YOU?

While standing at the memorial erected in his honor near the spot where he died, Jackson's friends said they still don't understand it.
"With what Tim and Andre did is like, you could have fought back, you didn't have to stab him. You didn't have no right to take his life," said Elizabeth Robinson. "It don't make sense."
Hard to undersatnd the quote I know, she must be speakin street.
My complaint is for a 'real date'. We take one car (I'm cool splitting the check or even paying--whoever asker pays), the driver takes the other home, a lovely good night kiss (preferably with sparks), a next date is scheduled (and actually happens), the driver goes home and "had a great time =)" text is exchanged.
I'm SO sick of kissing boys in parking lots.
What happened to walking/driving a girl home and kissing her good night on her door step rather than meeting 'there' and saying night in a parking lot?

You put the dic in ridiculous (Minneapolis)

I didn’t know my music was loud. It couldn’t have been loud for very long because I listen to music on Youtube so volume varies from song to song and I was doing a fairly reasonable job of regulating it. This did not stop you from raging at me for a minute with an incensed look on your face, simply repeating “it’s ridiculously loud.” Well now I’m going to rage at you.

First of all asshole, I noticed, while taking off my headphones to receive your inconsiderate dribble that you seemed to be on the verge of tears. I had also observed this earlier that day, as you were wandering around like some sort of hurt animal. What I’m getting at is that is 1) cowardly and 2) inappropriate for you to project whatever obviously deeper issues you’re dealing with on me.

Secondly, this is not a truth and reconciliation commission. You do not need to tell me the depths to which my two minute incursion on your solitude has injured your peon emotions and your obviously lacking focus, you need only approach me, or just tap me and say, “Hey man, your music’s too loud.” “Sorry” Problem solved. I know this is law school but not everything needs to be a trial, which is in fact what you tried to make it. “You’re music is ridiculously loud…” You stop, and stare at me with those pigeon eyes, waiting for me to get flustered. Instead I acted demur, smiled, and said I was sorry, and waited for you to get your stinking, block-shaped peasoup green on your bedroom walls ugly face out of my general view so I could get back to working on my brief and you could get back to being a goddamn holier than thou Quasimodo-looking asshole gallivanting across the law library in search of outlets for whatever psychological problems with which you are dealing.

But then, because you are apparently beyond reproach, have never enjoyed music, or have never apologized for a faux pas (which I find very hard to believe), you paused…..and repeated yourself as if you weren’t satisfied that I had turned my music off and apologized. “It’s ridiculously loud.” Emphasis on the ridiculous. Do you mean it’s still on? Are your ears ringing? What do you want from me, you freaking Gestapo wanna-be I said I was sorry, the music is gone, now get out of my face!!

And spare me the adverbs--dick. There are plenty of ridiculous things in the world, like your face, or your eyes, or the fact that you think it’s appropriate to project negative emotions on someone trying to study just because his music was loud for two minutes. What’s ridiculous is that you think you are due three kowtows mea culpa mea culpa bullshit for a crime that everyone commits from time to time. What’s ridiculous is that you felt it necessary to disrupt everyone else in the room, (who by the way, all had headphones on, so they were wondering what was wrong with you) for an unnecessary amount of time.
I like to the think of our school as a community. Everyone has the same goals, everyone should be working together, helping each other whenever possible. This requires a certain amount of sympathy, patience, dare I say humanity from all of the members of the school. And you try to go ruin it because someone hurt your feelings earlier that day? That’s what’s ridiculous. I’d like to think if I was walking around looking like you for the last 24 years of my life that I would be a little better at handling petty stuff. What’s the most ridiculous is the fact that you think you can get away with this.

Well guess what, you’ve fucked up my community, which now behooves me to rectify this situation in an appropriate manner, which for you seems to be a regatta-sized showing of righteous indignation. You have made me become the sound police, and the only case on my beat is you, Quasi. You better hope that no one visits you, or stops by your carrel for a question, or god forbid that you have your music on too loud, because I am practicing my scene. I’m going to throw some salt in my eye, pull my hair around, slap myself a few times, puff up my face like a fucking maniac, and then JUMP out of my carrel into your row. “EXCUSE ME!!!! (pause. let the indignation seep in. glow in the moment. yes.) YOU ARE BEING RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDICULOUSLY LOUD! waitforitwaitforit RIDICULOUSLY!!!!!!! I will then cartwheel around the room to emphasize how unacceptable your behavior is. I will top this off by looking into your eyes as you did mine, demanding an apology, and then another, as you did.

Everyone is stressed out in law school. I find that music enjoyed at a reasonable volume, as well as the extension of basic human decency are some of the best ways to cope with the stress. You took both of those things away from me and tried to pull me into your pit of despair. Now I will bide my time in silence, and patiently wait to listen to the sweeter sounds of revenge.
I'm SO sick of kissing boys in parking lots.
What happened to walking/driving a girl home and kissing her good night on her door step rather than meeting 'there' and saying night in a parking lot?

I know it's sickening! It's not just elderly people, it's disable people or people who are just struggling. Hate to say it's not just at the U of M it's everywhere. I know I try to hold doors and help people who seem to be struggling or I know need help. For instance I was driving yesterday to the store and saw an older man mowing his lawn. He was riding a riding lawnmower and he was on an embankment. I knew just watching him back up something was going to happen. He ended up falling and had the lawn mower almost fall right on top of him. I slammed on my breaks and pulled over. Luckily he caught himself in time and got right back on and kept going like nothing happened. I know for a fact if he would have fallen off no one would have stopped even though it was right next to the road. It's sickening what this generation is coming too. They are just all about themselves and won't do anything that doesn't benefit them! I applaud anyone who does the simplest things to help others. As they say the littlest actions can make the biggest impact!

I Do have 20k+ in credit cards right now because we have basically been living off them. I plan to get back out of the hole without help hopefully. So don't whine about 55K. You can do it if I am managing with a mere 15k right now. It gets tough at times but you have to tell the kids NO sometimes, I feel awful doing it since mine has been through so much but we must eat & have shelter before that Wii game.

E.g., locker number 6 is accessed 4 times - by the first, second, third and sixth kids. Thus the lockers which will be open are those whose number has an odd number of divisors, i.e., full squares (since we have an involution on the set of divisors of i, namely, j --> i/j whose fixed point, if any, is the square root of i). Listen, I tried dating guys I was attracted to, but I was rejected. Then I tried dating guys "below" me. Not smart, attractive, good personality, no money... and they rejected me too.

So, it's me. My personality or looks or weight or boobs or my laugh or the way I talk or my sense of humor or maybe my breath or my taste in music..either way.

I am not attractive to the opposite sex.

It hurts to think I will be alone forever.

I don't want sympathy, I just want my situation in print where I can see it.

i would consider myself a fence riding independent. Mr. bush did not have a lot of good ideas, but I do not think he was "by far the worst president of all time" as some have stated. However I get a good chuckle out of the extreme liberals who bash bush. Instead of living in the past why don't we come up with some "new" and "good" ideas that would give insentive to work hard and be inventive. After all that is what this country is all about, or so I thought. Having said that, I do not see how a health care program , that is pushed down our throats, is a good idea. I am a small business owner and from what I can see it is going to cost me a lot of money. Someone needs to explain how this is good for the middle class.

what is wrong with people today!?

100's of people wander in and out of the student union, and when a little old man comes walking through, no one comes to his aid. It was evident he was struggling, so i rushed over when he lost his balance & fell. it was scary & sad all at the same time!

Then some kid comes walking by & looks at us as if he doesn't know if he should help out or not until i actually had to ask him to put his bag down & take an arm. irritating! no respect for our elderly at the University MAKES ME SICK! What is our world coming to?! arrrggg!
