Caretaking team needed for small 30 unit apartment building in Fridley. Duties to include cleaning of common areas, groundskeeping, help with snow removal, maintenance, and fostering good tenant relations.

Requirements/Experience

♦ Painting

♦ Sheetrock/Drywall repair

♦ Plumbing

♦ Minor Electrical

♦ Boiler Steam and Hot water experience

♦ 3+ Years experience

♦ Great work ethic

♦ Reliable Transportation

♦ Must live on site

Compensation

Large 3 Bedroom 2 bath apartment & Free Laundry. Ammenities include A/C, dishwasher, & fireplace.
