Leads provided will result in 6 to 10 funded loans every month. Previous client database to market for refinances will also be available. Average transaction size is $250,000+. The mortgage company is over 14 years old and is set-up with every major lender and has the capability to broker conforming, FHA, VA, Rural Development and sub-prime loans.
