The first level apartment has a one large bath, one bedroom, a eat-in kitchen living and dining room and a nice sunroom. Upstairs is a studio and 700 sq ft walk in attic that could be converted into crash pad (2 rooms to rent out). Just put in Coin Washer and Dryer in the basement.
