"in 2006 we had zero inflation 4.6% unemployment and a record 50 consecutive months of job growth"

Actually according to the Bureau of Labor and Statistcs:

"Dow Jones Industrial Average logged a six-year high on 5 May 2006, as labor costs rose nearly twice what was expected in the first quarter of 2006, and investors grew more comfortable with oil inflation"

"Measuring from year 2000 the rate of inflation was lowest in 2002 and highest in 2005, but add the five years together and inflation is 16.14 percent."

"For the first four months of 2006, inflation rose an average of 3.7 percent on top of 16.14. "

Chicken went in 2002 from .89/lb to $3.29/lb in 2006
Milk (2002) $1.89 to $2.59 (2006)
Ground Beef $3.99/lb (2002) to $5.99/lb (2006)
Bread $2.39 in 2002 and $3.49 in 2006

savings rates for the average consumer fell into the red during 2005 --a trend not seen since year 1933-- and consumers didnt save a penny 2006.

American jobs accelerated at a record pace at the end of 2008, bringing the year's total job losses to 2.6 million or the highest level in more than six decades.

So, while someone may "say" we created jobs and lowered inflation-----I paid more for food while losing my job.

Responsible growth in economy always comes from Democratic policies.

Recessions come from the fiscal irresponsibility of Republicans.

Look it up. It's true. You cannot trust a republican administration with the economy.
