Airbrush Artist Wanted for Boat (Metro)

Looking for an Airbrush Artist who can do realistic 'ghost' flames on a boat.

I need the artist available during the spraying process, as they will be done on top of the metal flake color coat, but underneath the top clearcoat.

The boat will be prepped, ready to spray.

Once the artist has arrived and set up, I will spray the entire boat with the metal flake color coat.
It will need to sit approximately 1 or 2 hours, then be masked and airbrushed with the flames, then I can remove the masking and clear the entire boat.

I imagine the artist will need to be present for about 4 hours to be safe.

I also need the flames to be done as fast as possible to avoid the masking adhereing to the gelcoat.
I believe there would be about a 1 or 2 hour window of time before the masking needs to come off, but I'm hoping the flames can be done in 1 hour.
However, the quality of the flames is important, so we will take the necessary steps to provide ample time.

You will also need to have your own airbrushing equipment and paints.
I will also need to see sample work of your flames.
It is also likely we will need to meet prior to spraying the boat in order to do a test shoot, approximately a 1' x 1' area in order to verify quality and chemical compatibility / reactions.
The material used on the boat is a Polyester Resin, and the top coat is thinned 50% so I want to be sure the chemicals are compatible, and the topcoat will not destroy the fresh flames.

Job summary
Interns function as student consultants at a computer station of the Business Resource Center. Each station�s purpose is to provide computer access and training to local business owners and potential entrepreneurs. We are a small arts non-profit that needs an independent contractor who can both design advertising and promotional pieces and keep our web page up to date.

On the graphic design side you will design and submit print ads on a weekly basis as well as occasionally design promotional cards, mailings and posters.

On the web side you should be familiar with HTML and Drupal for maintaining current sites. You should also be familiar with merchandising or Buy Now buttons, Facebook and Twitter.

Familiarity with Constant Contact or other eblast program a big plus.

The look feel of the stuff we do is pretty mainstream and your work should be creative and fresh while appealing to a broad audience.
