Lancer Hospitality, an Eagan based firm, seeks experienced individual to manage the human resource responsibilities of a 500 employee business with primary responsibility for managing and producing our bi-weekly payroll schedule.
The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to
• Managing and producing payroll
• Ensuring that all new hires have completed personnel files
• Maintaining personnel files
• Communicating with employees and managers to provide leadership and direction on a full range of employment related issues including benefits administration including interacting with benefits providers to develop programs and address participant concerns
• Working with operations managers in the resolution of general human resources and office administration issues
• Ensuring that all personnel files are complete and kept in order
The Requirements for this Position include:
• Knowledge of legal issues related to human resource functions
• Experience implementing and managing programs to promote healthy and supportive work environments
• The proven ability to address issues related to harassment and equal employment opportunity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and proficient computer skills
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Ability to work with deadlines
