I have a 92 year old elderly friend that has had his health diminish over the last couple of months that is in need of a notary. He has been placed in a crappy nursing home/ rehab facility in New Brighton and wants to be moved to a better place. In order for me to be able to help him we need a notary (you would think that there would be a notary on staff but there's not) to sign off and stamp his healthcare directive and power of attorney papers. New brighton is right next to mpls/st. paul so if you are coming from the city it is not far. If you need a ride I could pick you up.
