Radiator in room, toasty warm all winter (not hot enough to toast anything literally though, I mean it's perfectly warm but don't expect to successfully make a s'more in your room off of it unless you like them maybe only a little golden brown but not too gooey)
Fits Queen Sized Bed with space for shelf, desk and tv stands,
Big deal: free off street parking with spot for you. Likely additional space if you have a scooter aswell.
House info:
Great group of guys (4 other than you), mostly seniors. Fairly quiet (but not opposed to drinking/socializing)

House has two full bathrooms (main level and basement both have showers)
Free on site laundry and drying
Two refrigerators (holy crap! you can store a ton of food!)
Basement is finished.
House is furnished and comfortable throughout.
Bike friendly (indoor bike storage so your ride isn't freezing out there)
Basement storage space for extra things (such as more bikes, or a coffin if you're a goth or something)

Decent sized backyard
Basketball hoop
Whiteboard (for taking notes or drawing insulting caricatures of your professors (take that mr. Kuchowski!)
