Hi, I am a single Father of 2 teens looking for a rental in the Minnetonka school district. My budget makes me think a lower level with 2 bedrooms and a living area may work well. I am a mature neat and responsible man with two great kids. I have good income and I can help with projects around the house. We do need our privacy but love to cook so kitchen sharing is a good thing. One son is allergic to cats but dogs are ok. We have no pets at this time. Divorce has taken its toll and a house share for about a year would be a great step in this recovery. Please respond by email with any rental situation you have, I will consider all possibilities.
