Actually, this is exactly what I am trying to avoid! I am looking for a place with nothing but dull moments. Constant drama at home has become quite tiresome. I now long for peace and quiet. Don’t get me wrong, a little excitement on occasion is just fine, but it gets pretty old when it happens every day.
I do not smoke, and rarely drink, hence no drama. I am easy going, rarely get upset, and am generally even tempered. I have found that if you treat people well, they usually reciprocate. I try to keep a low profile, am considerate of others, and respectful of their person, feelings, and property. I have a dog that is similarly inclined.
I am looking for a home share situation, preferably with only one other similar mature person. A finished basement or a mother-in-law apartment in a house would be ideal.
My only real requirements are a separate bedroom, off-street parking, and a quiet, peaceful, drama free (minimal alcohol consumption), smoke free environment. If you think it would work for you, let's discuss it. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you!
