Greetings! I am looking to rent a room. I preferably desire a rental situation in the St. Louis Park, Edina, Golden Valley and Greater Minneapolis area but will consider a place outside the area if the rent is desirable and the rental situation is to my liking. I am a MAN, so if you desire a female roommate, well you know the answer to that. I am a Chef who works in the Culinary/Health & Wellness industry. I am friendly, peaceful and social. I can get along with anyone! I have lived all over the world. I am an Air Force Veteran. I worked in Civil Engineering and Combat Operations. I can do plumbing and some HVAC, electrical and carpentry. I can perform these duties to off-set rent and deposit. I am NOT rich, which is why I am seeking a room to rent. Some of the landlords who have responded want exorbitant amounts of rent, deposit - in this present economy. I am looking to rent from and a landlord who is fair and clean. Please remember that your tenant is living in your private space! Also, I will NOT rent from a landlord who doesn't allow me to have a ladyfriend over once or twice a week. I don't mind parties just as long as the people involved can respect my privacy and space.
