About us: Two 22-year-old folks who are trying to make our way back to California in time for Thanksgiving to be with our families. We don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. We are both students (one studying to become a midwife, the other a nurse), both have excellent driving records, and both have done this ride before. Just looking for the cheepest way to get home....If you need a car driven from the Midwest to anywhere in California, we'd love to help you out. We'd be happy to provide references and work out all the details that would make such a trip safe and trustworthy. Our point of departure could literally be anywhere in the Midwest, but we're especially fond of Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Madison, Chicago, Des Moines, Iowa City, Columbus, or Fargo.
Also, if you are looking for drivers going in the opposite direction, we'll be looking to do that in the beginning/mid December, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested in that, too!
