I'm just getting into politics because I'm concerned about where the country is heading and I realize the importance of becoming educated in politics. One question I have is whether or not liberals are concerned about the economy and jobs. I hope that liberals will answer this question because I'd really like to know, honestly. I think that from what I can gather so far, liberals are not really that concerned with people succeeding in life, that things like "community", and "welfare", etc, are really what matter. From what I gather, they think nobody should worry about money. I guess this causes some concern for me because I am trying to get a better job and the market really sucks, and I guess I don't really get the feeling that what Obama and Congress is doing seems to be creating good jobs. I also heard in the news today that the unemployment rate is even higher now. What is Obama doing to create jobs, or is this not really a big concern for liberals? I kind of wish right now that there was a conservative in office because they tend to do things that create new jobs.
