Twin Cities Athletic Services (TCAS) is offering a Spring Break Special.... You know your way around the gym and don't need or want to pay a personal trainer. You need someone to tell you what to do and make sure you keep at it. Dieting Sucks.... but sticking to a long term meal plan of eating clean makes all the difference on the beach and in the club. You need a plan and someone to help you stick to it. Start now.... add muscle mass in the next 3 months and lean out starting in February, you'll have the best Spring Break ever.

$179.99 gets you a mentor/coach for the next six months. During our initial meeting we set a baseline of where you are today, discuss where you want to be (huge, bigger, shredded) and then then design a plan to get you there using the following:

Meal plan to help add mass and shed fat.
Weight lifting routines
Cardio routines
Teach you how to journal your food intake as well as your workouts.
Hydrostatic body fat testing in the pool at the University of St. Thomas. This measurement is a starting point and will show your progress.

Meet every other week to discuss your progress and tweak what you're doing.
