Seeking someone with prior experience or knowledge, a love and passion for animals. Looking for someone to plan, organize, complete and attend fund raising events for the Windmill Animal Rescue. This would involve:

-Brainstorming Ideas

-Planning event and contacting local business about fund raising ideas.

-Plan event, meet with current volunteers to train for event.

-Manage and over see volunteers at event.

-Execute event and turn funds over to The Windmill Animal Rescue President.

-To start, looking to execute at least 4 events a year.

Some ideas for events are: rummage sales, bake sales, waffle breakfeasts, car washes, silent auctions, and more.

Please only apply if you are serious, at least 18, and can make atleast a one year commitment.

You would be soley responsible for planning events but would have a team of people to go to if you have questions or need help.

Skills

-At least 18 years old

-Some prior knowledge of planning fundraising events, We need someone that can take us in a new direction.

-Has Passion and Time

-Good Communcation Skills and ablity to check in regularly with staff/volunteers.

- Has patience as this might be some trial and error to start.

-Lives near the rescue as you might need to come to the rescue from time to time.

-Willing to come to the rescue to complete paperwork and training if need be.Rescue is located in Elko New Market, Minnesota.
