I have a 4 bedroom house in Savage I am trying to trade for something smaller and newer in the area. I would like to have something near 494 and 100 as that is where I work and where my son goes to school but I am ok with anything in the SW Metro (Prior Lake, Savage, Burnsville, Eagan, Bloomington, Richfield, Chan, Chaska, Eden Prairie, Belle Plaine).

My house was built in 1959 and is a bit of a fixer upper but is very open with great neighbors. I am 2 houses from an elementary school and there is a park down the block. I am also located just minutes for all the items needed such as Target, Cub and a shopping mall. I am only looking to swap because I bought it 5 years ago looking to sell it and that obviously can't happen. I live there alone so it is way more space than I need.
