KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Provide support to Procurement and Stakeholders / Business Partners in transactional activities.
• First line of contact with Stakeholders.
• Conversion of Requisitions to Purchase Orders.
• Ability to provide training in regards to transactional activities.
• Ability to manage activities relating to P-card and activities around that spend channel.
• E-catalog support.
• Knowledge of Sox compliance.
• Clearance of blocked invoices.

Physical Demands
Employee is regularly required to use hands to operate measuring equipment and review drawings. Employee is also required to spend time out in production and warehouse doing problem solving and the like. Employee must stand and sit for long periods of time. Also employee must be able to lift up to 25lbs or more.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Participate in business development; scope and propose projects to clients and prospects
• Partner with Research Directors to maximize revenue from client accounts;
• Fully understand, anticipate and proactively address clients needs and build lasting relationships with clients;
• Supervise research analysts and/or other team members assigned on client projects;
• Oversee project analysis, writing and client presentations, including analyzing and synthesizing results and findings;
• Delegate responsibility for individual project tasks as appropriate;

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree, minimum GPA 3.0, and minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment; background in consulting and/or research;
• Solid understanding and knowledge of the specific vertical industry served by the practice;
• Enjoys developing and uncovering new business opportunities and partnering with Sales;
• Demonstrated experience with understanding client business needs, scoping projects and writing proposals;
• Strong presentation skills, including outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with senior executives;
• Proven analytic capabilities, with the ability to piece together data from multiple sources into a coherent picture and ability to problem-solve creatively;
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, including ability to build rapport with clients as well as other team members;
• Superior project management skills. Possesses ability to multi-task, including managing the research on several projects simultaneously, as well as producing deliverables and high level of productivity to meet deadline challenges;
• Prior project management experience essential.
