With all of these things taken care of for the owners it is well worth the association dues each season... 2013 dues were $850 per owner property and due in the spring at season opening time. If any grounds or lake equipment or property needs repair or replacement this is usually covered by any surplus in the total dues collected. All finances are itemized, recorded and accounted for so that all goes back into the resort - keeping it a Very Nice Place to Own and be a part of!!! The board of directors provides a financial statement and there's a seasonal kickoff meeting each year for all owners, families and board members. The board is made up of fellow owners with All the Best interest of the owners and resort in mind! I have served 3 years on the board myself.
If you like any social activities there are several fun events throughout the season which you may, or may not choose to be involved in and enjoy with very nice friends and neighbors!
Children are very welcome and have a lot of fun things to do and safety is of a very high priority for all owners, families and guests!

A nice, well maintained sandy beach, men's and women's bathrooms/facility with showers, Beautiful walking trails, a pond with 2 large lighted fountains, a main office and large equipment, tools, shed. Neighbors on one side only! It is nice and private for being in a resort association.
No charge for water supply/sewer. Pay electric in one bill at the end of season -- total for the season ranges from $100 to $350 depending on cabin use.
It's a very nice, well maintained, friendly resort association community. It is a secure location, as it is not open to the general public but only to owners and family, friends of owners.
The cabin may be rented out by the owner if the owner desires... i.e.= Rates that you can make for 1 week rentals can bring in an amount of $1000-$1400/wk! This can help greatly in paying down your cabin balance!
Water supply is shut off for the freezing winter season, and resort is basically shut down, but owners may go there and stay, bring their own large jugs of water, snowmobiling or just escape and get away for some relaxing by the fireplace. Nice local restaurants within one mile from the resort. The "Waterfront" to name one of them. Also the city of Annandale main street is close by for other needs.
We love it there, but must sell as we are unable to go there as much as we used to.
